VISION : By 2027, we will fulfill our mission through exceptional program design, organisational alignment, and targeted training, establishing ourselves as Chennai's leading K-12 school focused on leadership development.

MISSION : Our mission is to cultivate curiosity, empathy, and collaboration in learners, empowering them to grow into mindful, inclusive leaders who are committed to making a positive impact on society.

PURPOSE : For a sustainable world, our society requires the right kinds of leaders. Through our service, we wish to increase the number of leaders who will produce a just, safe, inclusive and equitable world.

PASSION AND PERSEVERANCE

We were founded as Headstart Nursery and Primary School on 20th of January, 1995 by Mrs. Sudha Mahesh and Mr. C.N.U Maheswaran. VECT Trust was established on 1st April 1997. She has been a Changemaker Educator since 1975. In 2009, Headstart Nursery and Primary school was rebranded as HLC International under the leadership of Mr. Naveen Mahesh, and Mrs. Raaji Naveen.
